At the recent Association of Waldorf Schools of North America conference, I led a 90-minute workshop with 20 participants from Canada, the US, and Mexico using the Theory U Iceberg Model to explore the current reality of school fundraising. Together we uncovered surface-level challenges, dug into deeper structures and beliefs, and co-created a vision for flourishing, values-aligned fundraising.
